We are hugely excited to announce YMCA Edinburgh as partners of Leith United, a dynamic new initiative led by David Duke / Street Soccer Scotland , with support of The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales.
Together with Leith Community Centre Association, we will be working with these long standing partners to revitalise Leith Community Centre and offer a connected, inclusive and supportive hub in Leith, with a range of activities to meet the needs of all.
To be involved in such a forward-thinking partnership is a real honour. YMCA Edinburgh is committed to creating safe, welcoming, and empowering spaces where everyone can thrive and we believe this can be a true blueprint for seeing this in practice.
A huge thank you to YMCA Edinburgh’s Youth Forum members, who helped host the visit from Prince William, ensuring young peoples voices remain front and centre of this transformation.
